At F3M INFORMATION SYSTEMS S.A. (F3M), you are committed to ensuring the privacy of your personal data. With this document we intend to clarify which user information is collected on our website www.f3m.pt, through mail marketing campaigns, through services performed, and how this data is used by F3M.

On our site, information is collected in the following ways:

o We collect personally identifiable information (such as name, phone number, email address, company you work for and job title) by completing the downloadable forms for our free content, enrolling in training and requesting information about products and services. In case the information collected is incomplete, we will use F3M direct contact with users via email or telephone.

o When you visit the F3M site, a cookie is placed in your browser through the Google Analytics software to identify how often you access our address. Information is collected anonymously, such as IP address, geographical location, referral source, browser type, length of visit, and pages visited.

o At F3M we store information about all contacts already made, such as content downloaded from our page and interactions via email. This storage is performed in the CRM platform used by the company which obeys specific rules of access by employees.

 

 

This term allows F3M to use the personal information collected to disclose its offer, send legal information, technical clarifications and support solutions provided by the company.

 

The email is used to send the requested material or information by filling in the form and can also be used to send training material, commercial, technical and informative newsletters. Examples are communicating the release of new free materials, new products from F3M and F3M partners. 

 

Download data may be disclosed as surveys and statistics, and no personal information will be disclosed. F3M employees may also contact us by email or telephone to do research or present products and services.

 

By requesting information about the F3M software, downloading F3M material from the site automatically authorizes the use of the data to receive F3M communications.
